Demand for housing is high. Many individuals join our waitlist several years before they plan to move.

Submitting this form allows us to place your name on our waitlist and contact you if a suitable unit becomes available.

HOUSING OPTIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

Villa Youville offers several housing options.

Some apartments are rent-geared-to-income (RGI) and are subject to maximum income eligibility requirements.

Other apartments are offered at market rent.

  • Motels 1, 2, and 3 are rent-geared-to-income apartments. Max income of $70,000 per household to qualify.
  • Pavillon suites are supportive housing units. Placement on this waitlist is coordinated through the regional health authority.
  • Villa Youville Terraces (opening in 2028) will offer market-rent one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of affordable units.

Availability depends on vacancies and waitlist demand.

Villa Youville is a francophone organization where French language and culture are an important part of community life.

Our organization was created to serve the francophone community, and French continues to play a central role in daily life on our campus.

To ensure that everyone feels included, all communications to residents are provided in both official languages (French and English).

We ask residents and their families to respect and support the francophone identity and cultural values of Villa Youville.
