Visitors are welcome at any time, in line with resident preferences. For group visits or family events, please contact us in advance to coordinate spaces and services.

CARE-GIVING SUPPORT RESOURCES
At Villa Youville, we understand that caregiving is a shared responsibility between families, community partners, and health professionals. Residents have access to provincially funded Home Care services provided by Villa Youville staff, which may include personal care, nursing support, and therapy services based on assessment.
Additional supports such as emergency response services through Victoria Lifeline, local medical providers, pharmacy services, and community programming further enhance resident safety and well-being.
Our team is available to assist residents and families in coordinating services and navigating available caregiving resources to ensure each individual receives the support they need.

1. What health services are offered?
A full continuum from light daily-living support to specialized long-term care.
2. How can I get involved?
Villa Youville offers many volunteer opportunities. There are also opportunities to join activities and meet the care team regularly.
3. Are meal options available for visitors?
Yes. The Pavillon restaurant offers food services from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the cafeteria is open daily. Reservations are appreciated.
Villa Youville also offers catering services and meeting rooms of various sizes that can be reserved for family gatherings, celebrations, or special occasions.

5. Transportation services for residents and families
To help residents remain active and connected with the community, Villa Youville provides several transportation options.
The Villa owns a wheelchair-accessible van that residents and families can reserve for medical appointments, personal outings, community activities, or special occasions. The van is available for local transportation and may be rented subject to availability.
Residents and their families may also use the Villa Youville four-person golf cart, free of charge, to move around the campus or for short trips within the community.

6. Is there a shop or boutique on campus?
Yes. Villa Youville has a small boutique on campus offering gifts and everyday essentials for residents and visitors.
All proceeds from the boutique are reinvested into programs and activities that support resident quality of life.
